Well here's my FX5500 256mb PCI, Stock 270 / 400 (core/mem)
Oc'd to 325 / 430 (could do 460, but I don't want to push it for stability reasons....)
Now I don't have that funky fuzzy thing because anything like that NEVER run's proper (pc's fine, the programs hate me, I think my pc is just possesed).
However
Halo PC, battlefield 2, halflife2 and their extra's, and ut2k4, all run on 30-60fps depending scenes, etc. And run decently smooth for 8+ hr's on this rig.
