I recieved an ASUS 7300LE stock 450/686. I now have it running at 560/1800. I had it at 1908 but it would not pass ATiTool after about one minute (not because of temps though, they haven't gone above 36c). Hopefully I can edit the cards BIOS or something to get this puppt more voltage.
