I have only sleeved one item in my case so far, just to see if I could manage it and make it look good. I must say I am very pleased with the results!
First off, the kit from Xoxide (OKGear) is quiet complete. I will need some smaller heatshrink tubing for the fan controller, but other than that it has more than enough! There is heat shrink tubing as small as 9mm in diameter in this package, but I had the heat shrink tubing "package" turned around by accident when I took this picture.

On a side note, I am so thankful for magnetic screwdrivers. They make my life so much easier when installing things in a computer!
It took a while to get the mesh entirely along the length of the wiring, a good 20 minutes, plus I used a size and decided to try a smaller one after i was done so that added another 20 minutes. Anyway, there is heat shrink tubing on both sides.

Here I have the tubing held in place with a zip tie, but I later borrowed a hair dryer to shrink both ends, which leads me to the finished product...
Note that you an make out the ridge of the end of the mesh in the heat shrink tubing. that means that the hair dryer did a great job of securing the setup!

I was a little nervous about using the hair dryer on the other end, where the wires are soldered onto the power switch panel, after feeling how hot the air was. It made the metal too hot to touch for a little while, and I ended up holding it in front of a fan to cool it off quicker. No solder was melted though, and I would recommend using a simple travel hair dryer for heat shrink tubing to any of you, as it's a lot cheaper than buying heat guns made for this task specifically - especially if you have a significant other you can coax the hair dryer from!
