Release 0.1.3

This release is still a bit rough I'm sure. hddtemp and lm_sensors support added, but not test on any other machines. The Dirsto module was changed a lot again, and I have not tested it much (no more system calls/terminal spawns, yay!). Worst thing that can happen though is that it'll crash. Please report bugs to me if you come across any. I only have Arch on my desktop any more, so its the only thing PerlMon is tested on anymore. It took to much time, space, and effort to have 5 OSs installed , but all should still be good.
