Release 0.1.4

More small fixes on 0.1.0. Now shows CPU support instructions, user id, screens color mode, and a backup way to find mainboard temperature. Also the new arch logo is there but definitely needs replaced.

The next thing already in the works, the long awaited installer. The next release will come after it's finished. (should be soon!)

As always, if you find any bugs please let me know!
