Well, here's my buddies rig I'm building so far just for comparison:
Different DFI DK
Different E8400
OCZ Gold PC800 (I use Team PC1000)
The rest of the stuff (PSU, HD, video card, monitor, DVD ROM) were the same ones I used on my setup.
I used the same Zerotherm BT-90 HSF that I used on mine. Exact same environment, same setup (aside from the RAM). Mobo's were both out of the case, ambient temps are the same (In my basement). But his core temps are a lot better, aside from the nearly 10C difference between his 2 cores.

I like his temps better, mine could never get any lower than 59C idle at stock settings. I do hate that his cores have 9-12C difference, but that is common in some of these CPU's.
So, just goes to prove that it is the CPU sensors reading faulty, not a bad HSF.
