UPDATE TIME!
Made some good headway today I think. I'll just detail what all I did after the pics.
Got the holes in the side panel filled and sanded. I also primed it, but you'll have to wait till later pics to see it. Didnt take one afterwards *d'oh*

Remember that confined HDD plug?? No more!

Yeaaa, perfect!
At this point I realized that the I/O panel does not pop off as on other cases. Its literally a riveted on piece that is also connected to the pci slots. So, after a little head scratching and grumbling I drilled out the rivets and cut away the I/O panel, leaving the top pci slot mostly intact, lol.

Also had to cut out a chunk for the PSU. This case had a smaller hole for an oder style PSU I assume (not up on PSU history, lmao). Once again, a little jigsaw and it fit perfect. Got it mocked up, looks good.

Mocking up the mobo and PSU. Knocked out a few standoffs on the mobo tray i didnt need but it actually lined up pretty well. I was happy with that. I have some plans on pretty'ing up that PSU that maybe you will see by the weekend.

Finally that shot of the primed side panel I promised, lol. Just getting my first glimpse of what it will *mostly* look like. I think I might have a color scheme finally.

Peek-a-boo, lol. Just a quick glimpse through the empty intake. And yes, I know i still have some pinholes in the bezel. Its not finished yet, I still have to putty a few places and get my final coats of primer on
So thats all for today. Its coming together nicely I think. I think for color I might go with a dark metallic gray/ gunmetal gray with some blue accents. Blue led fans in the turbines and blue 80mms in the back. I'm also debating getting a set of UV ccl's and a set of blue ones and having them on switches. Could run the blue ccl's during the day, and then cut them off and hit the UV ccls at night, making the mobo and some stuff glow via paint and uv pens. What do you think??
