Update**
I beveled the front like XFreeRollerX said (thanks
). I think it looks pretty good like that.
I cut a hole in the side of the front, for an air intake.
Then I gouged out the inside part were the fan will go. (it will be set back a little, not rite against the foam).
(THIS PICTURE IS NUMBER 50 FOR MY PROJECT!!)
Then I cut the other side to match, and allow more air in.
I smoothed out some of the edges. This is how it looks now
.
