Well 6 pages and we finally have a SECOND update, whew, it was getting to look like Syrillian's log for a minute there
I only keed my old-nooblet friend!
Ok, so really, I did get some work done today! The mobo tray is removable, well you can drill the rivets out, not removable in the sliding tray sense... At any rate, I digress, I removed it to cut the back panel out.
I have a sheet of aluminum I'll be cutting a new back panel for, but first I have to buy some more cutting disc's for my dremel, my (old) and (finnicky) jigsaw is not up to par for the task, it was a huge pain in my hind quarters just cutting the back panel off just now, lol.
On a side note, that mobo tray will be nice, I can adjust it where I want it and re-rivet it in place, this will be very helpful in the future. Ok, so pics now

Picture of said mobo tray before I removed all the rivets.

There we are, nice and removed!

*achoo* my bad, I guess i should clean my construction cases huh? LOL

What I did here was put the side panel on (its one panel, the top and sides) and traced where it mounted up. The idea here is to cut out right where the panel sits on so the gap where the old panel meets the new panel won't be so noticeable.

Cut out, oh yeaaaaa *insert Tim Allen grunt here*

That lines up pretty great! Now when I put a new back piece on, the panel seam will hide the rear piece seam somewhat, at least that's what I'm hoping
On a side note, does anyone have some linkage for some templates? ATX PSU cutout is my main goal, but other templates could prove helpful later on.
