Update:
Drilled two holes on the bottom for fans. Also removed the front mesh
Front Panel
I removed the mesh. You can probably make out a few imperfections. That's due to the fact that it started raining when I was working, and I couldn't finish cutting off some of the excess with my sabre saw. Also, the file doesn't seem to do much in the face of those excess pieces.
Bottom Panel
Well, the holes are slightly off, just slightly. Shouldn't be so much such that it'll make it look bad though. I blame it on my sharpie. The lines it makes are too wide so I couldn't judge where the intersection was. Also, it was hard to line up the drill bit to the desired place since the hole saw made it hard to see the lines with the shadow it cast and since every time I tried to clamp it down, the steel sheet would move.
I had a slight argument with a sticker. The glue residue left wouldn't come off easily. I tried to sand it off, didn't work either. I ended up scraping it off with a blade. Made some scratches in the paint while doing so, but I would've ended up doing that anyways when I start painting,
Closeup of the Holes
Not much to say, they're slightly off, as said before. Two of the mounting holes are also slightly off, but it's not that easy to notice.
Test Fitting
You can probably see the faults here. Also, one of the mounting holes was so far off that I couldn't attach the fan there. I had to bring it back to the drill press and expand the hole into an oval like shape.
Fault
Right mounting hole in the picture. I drilled another hole near it. However, I made another mistake and overshot.

Now I can actually see the mistake when I mount fan.
I didn't put the U-channel on, simply due to the fact that it's not finished, and I don't want to cut the U-channel now. It's still raining on and off, so I can't do much work today. I'll finish removing mesh and such tomorrow.
No pics of the parts during modding since I didn't have the camera at that time.
