Ok, so heres a misc update. Would have had this up last night but storms knocked my power out for the night. Back up and running now, chea! This update was around lunch, it had started raining around 5PM.

It was a beautiful day at lunch in Alabama! You can see my work table in the right hand side and the case side panel.

Random shot of the pretty skies

Shot of my tools. Blitz, this is the jigsaw I use.

Fruits of my labor. Got the top blowhole cut out. And theres a sneak peak at the window design too

~34C in the
shade.

This is with the panel on the case frame and the fan in. I need to trim a little on the case frame to match the blowhole but all-in-all it looks nice.

Now
that looks sweet, if I do say so myself!

My 'on lap' work area (yes, its an old side panel,ROFL). Cutting a template for the I/O shield. I needed a precise template so I can mark the cut on the I/O panel for a new shield, this stiff cardboard works great.

Nice! Now I'll just trace that cut onto the I/O panel itself and cut it out. Now I can put my MSI shield in (and any other shield for that matter)

Also made an ATX PSU template from another case I had around. I'm waiting to see if I'm going to use a PSU I have or get a new one before I try to mock up the PSU hole cut on the case.
That's all for yesterday, what'd'ya think??
