Day 7-continued.
alright enough of that time to get painting first i did the front mesh covers
didnt take many pics its boring finished for the night with them ready to be sanded and clear coated
next i did the top panel
base coat
a few color
and done
alright so i ran into a problem post color coats. So their was a hair on the panel.. i try to pull it off. pulling off the hair ends in me scratching the area a little... next i try to sand the area i scratched. oops too early i manage to mess up the paint in that area. so then i try to cover it up, i paint way to close in one coat like a freakin idiot even though i no it was a bad idea.. End up overspraying on the side and try to wipe it off with a cloth.. so that leads to a part that has a blotch of messed up looking paint.

after a lot of work i manage to make it tolerable however much i am pissed about the screwup in such a noticable part.
next i did the front panel
some color
this stuff comes out horrible in pictures
all you can see is the silver of it the green is hard to make come out, however it is opposite in person.
this ended up coming out with no issues ill sand and clearcoat it tomorow
this damn case manages to make anywhere it goes cluttered
i dont look forward to cleaning up
oh and heres the panel from yesterday clear coated and with the tape off, with the flash all you see is the silver on it
and without it all you see is the green, sorry for the bluryness of nightime without flash
up close looks good
And thats a wrap. Tomorow ill keep up the painting and ill probably start ordering some things i will need later on, im mostly out of work except wiring which i cant do till i finish the painting. So for a day or 2 expect a bunch of painting updates.
