ZOMG! AN UPDATE!

So without further ado, here is the (minimal) work I have done.

I cut out the rear 80mm fan holes with my (cheap/crappy) holesaw. It is/was warped and wobbly so the cuts need an excessive amount of filing left to be done on them
I have no clue why my camera would not take this pic right, lol. Both shots are at the same time on my porch in evening sunlight, it just kept going crazy, lol. Sorry
NOW, the big news! The rough cut mock up panel from Syrillian got here today!!!

The box!

The label, Syrillian thanks the laugh, I really did 'lol' when I saw this!

The goodies inside!! Obviously the mock up panel (the final version will have "x"s in the middle of teh cutouts), the cutouts are 120mm for four fans.

Syr also sent some sandpaper to clean up the edges if I so choose (I doubt I will though, since this is a test/fit panel), one acrylic drill bit for making mounting holes for the fans, and some hardware (nuts/bolts) to secure the fans. I'm so excited about this, now I can get to cutting the actual window in the case and see how the fitment of (mostly) everything will be!

This is how good Syr is. I sent him the measurements of my template (that is behind the acrylic here) and he cut the window, without ever laying eyes on the actual template. I placed it beneath the acrylic and it lines up
perfectly.

LOL, this was my CD pose
So that wraps it up for this update (

), sorry for the short amount of work

However, with the window mock up here, I can now (as previously stated) cut the case window and test fit. I started back my campus job this week so I'll have some funds for primer/paint soon as well. This project is getting back on track!
Thanks for the continued support and patience guys!!
~Matt
Edit: PJ/Prosser/Spooky - can one of you change the title to say updated August 26. Apparently I haven't posted here in so long it won't let me change it myself anymore
