Day 9-And the work continues.

Sorry for no update last night as i said earlier i didnt do much. Heres a collective of last night and tonights work.

i had to paint right through bad rain due to time constraints, i hope it still comes out well

i tryed putting a coat over this but i think the rain dosnt get along with the green paint, since this peice just needs color coat and its done im gona wait a day or two and come back to it

started taping this up

i didnt coat the sides evenly so i may go over it again if i have time

im going to see how much paint is left after the side panels and come back to this

going to paint these toggle switch thingies

and all the external screw heads

stuck in nice and snug

primered

black on

here they are after clearcoat, i hope they come out fine. im not looking for incredible results but i didnt sand or anything im just looking for a reasonable black finish that dosnt peel off.

and these got up to clearcoat alongside the screws

reset switch take 2, got up to base coat today

prepared side window

sanded off black and preped side panel

primer on

and other panel

tryed painting when the rain was REALLY BAD and it resulted in weird crap forming on paint

best shot i can get, later on i sanded these down and it looked fine

much better

ill sand these down more before color coat

waited till after rain to base coat this panel

nice and smooth

and got up to color coat tonight

closeup

this panel looks INCREDIBLE i havnt seen the paint on such a large peice until now i cant wait to see it in daylight.

closeup

a little soldering with the rest of my wire

this is what i mean by soldering directly into the female end, sorry i couldnt get a good picture

a few quick solders

sleeved the rest of my psu

im not even gona use these wires but they looked off not being sleeved

shoulda gotten some black sleeving just for these oh well

remaining plans for wiring, once again excuse my ridiculous hand writing. if your intrested i still need to attack and sleeve second toggle switch, wire dvd drive and 2 pin header to momentary and sleeve them, and lengthen/sleeve power/reset/led wires EDIT: no address for you guys!

Well thats all for now folks, tomorow i will get clearcoat on top panel, side panels, and if my package from performance-pcs gets here get some wiring done. Things should wrap up pretty soon here.

Remember the case mod contest is going on make sure to vote.

Thanks for watching! ^_^
