Another update!
Day 3 - Let the acrylic fest begin!
All right, I spent 5 hours working on the motherboard tray today lol.

I began by cutting the smaller piece of acrylic I had, after cutting it and fileing down the edges I finally managed to put the tray inside the xbox.

Well, for a first time using the dremel I don't think it's too bad, no worries though, it wont stay like that.

Er... lol I shattered two bits, I still don't know where the other halfs are

33 bits left O_o

Here I drew a rough sketch for the tray to sink in that area and snatched one corner, I used a technique Syrillian taught Josh (Thanks Syr

), I slashed the acrylic then snapped it

A close up of the corner I snapped.

Here I trimmed out the second side. This one got a bit better. Practice makes perfection

Here's a close up of the first side, it's harder to cut longer pieces
I did cut the third side of the tray but I forgot to take a pic of it lol

Is it normal to take about 15 to 20 min to cut each side of the acrylic? I even used the same technique there (snap it), else I'd take over half an hour to cut each side and I've set the dremel to spin at 7000RPM to cut the acrylic .
That's all for today, tomorrow there's moar

Stay tuned
The acrylic makes one hell of a mess, I had acrylic "dust" everywhere
Cheers!
