Day 4 - Motherboard Tray Part 1
Hey guys, I've got another update today, but unfortunately I need a round file to be able to continue
, my dad will probably bring me one by tomorrow.
I began working to get the motherboard tray to fit inside where the 360s motherboard was. I only remembered to take some photos after all was done lol
Here they are:
This is an overhead view of the entire case with the tray almost fitting in that area.
In this one, I took a photo of the upper left area, I managed to round out the corner so it'll fit in flawlessly (Thats an over-statement in my case lol
)
This photo is the top side where the fans used to be, and where the motherboard connectors will be, it was a bit hard to cut as I couldn't see correctly to draw out the cut lines, but even though I managed to get it done.
Here we have the right side, and the top right side, this one was the easiest side to cut as there was only one hole.
This is the bottom part of the tray, it's by far the hardest side due to the DVD drive stand off (the farther most cut you can see).
As you can probably see I made few mistakes, mostly on the left side (2nd hole from the bottom), and on the top right side. It's the best I could do, and practice makes perfection, on future modding I will probably do, I will most likely to not commit the same mistakes again.
