Day 23
wow.. its been awhile for this log. well it seems like its been awhile.
so i redid my loop and relocated my fans. today. also started drilling holes for the new LEDs. i'll most likely finish the LEDs tomorrow. getting the loop how i wanted was the most difficult part.. yet, i still somehow screwed it up... i'll deal with it again at a later time.

so here it is.. all redone.. more like its new tubing than anything.. since i was taking it apart, figured it would be best to replace the old tubing.

just some glamour shots now.

ah... here is the big change. if you recall, the fans were inside the case before.. well that apparently was REALLY choking my rad. before when i had my 2x gpus and cpu folding.. my load temp on would be 52ish normally. now that i've relocated them to outside and below pulling instead of inside and pushing.. i've dropped 10C.. thats right!!! 10C!!! good freaking lord..

look at all that room for my rad to breath now! its a sight for sore eyes.. it was ridiculously hard to get fans in and out like that so.. having it like this is much much better.
now remember children, always leave enough room for your rad to breathe... or your temps will sky rocket.. hmm.. maybe now i can actually WC that other gpu.. then my load temps would be the same as when i had the fans internal... :strokes chin:
EDIT: i forgot to post a little something i did to my fans..
fans usually have a long wire for connection.. i thought to rid of that for easier daisy chaining or single use.
this has three benefits.
1.)easy daisy chaining
2.)if a fan fails, i can replace it w/o taking apart the two other fans.
3.)looks way cleaner
so here is a pic of it.

each fan has its own male 3 pin connector instead of just wires.

then i make a custom daisy chain wire for easy removal and use. and voila! you have a customizable daisy chainable fans.
