Here is a shroud for the 480 GTX made out of holes drilled through a 1/4" plate of smoked arylic.

All the fans mounted on to the radiator. A total of 8x Scythe S-Flex E fans amounting to a total of $104... ouch!

Since it has always been a pain in the ass to mount the radiator to the top panel by myself, I figured out a much more stable and smarter way to do this. With some 15mm M4 bolts with an M3 socket head, I fastened the fans directly to the radiator first. The top of part of the fans is still open, but even better, the fans are secure on the radiator and will not move while I mount it to the top panel! Check out the pic!
