Alright well I took the NB waterblock apart, cleaned it with vinegar & rubbing alcohol scrubbed with a tooth brush. Then I lapped the bottom with 800>1000>1500 and went over it with some very high grit jewlers rouge and a soft buffing wheel. The bottom looks like copper chrome! and the top inside looks much better!
