EDIT:
I've been getting a lot of sleeving PM's, so here is a canned response that covers much of the questions:

I used almost exclusively 1/8 inch sleeving for the build. I got it all from McMaster-Carr. It's Techflex clean cut, but I think they call it "easy cut". 1/8th will hold three fan wires easy, or two heavier gauge PSU type wires. I used 1/4 inch in a few places, but not much. Definitely less than 10 feet.
Another site I haven't ordered from but might be worth price comparing with: https://www.wirecare.com/land_SleevingMain.asp
Heat shrink... I haven't really found my favorite there. I've experimented with all sorts. I will say that 1/4 inch 2:1 will work for a 1/8 sleeve, but its not the snuggest grip. I have tried the adhesive lined 3:1 stuff, but its a bit bulky. The only sound advice I have there is try to find the thinnest walled stuff you can. The only place I used half inch was really bulky junctions. If you aren't planning on doing a lot of custom lengths and soldering, you may not need that at all. If you do, you can spot fill from your local hardware store or radio shack.
Anywho, 100 feet would surely be enough for just the PSU, although it does go fast. Measure out how long your PSU 24 pin is; most likely its around 18 inches. Multiply that times 24 and figure you've already burned through a third of your 100 foot roll.
I've ordered 3 100' spools of it since I started Sleeper, and I haven't quite dipped into the third roll yet. So, figure 200 feet and you can pretty much sleeve the world.
I hope that helped.

END EDIT
One of the first things I did was sleeve just about every cable I could find. I've experimented with various kits before, but was never really satisfied with the end product. Finally, I located
This stuff, which proved to have the level of quality I was looking for. It's techflex "clean cut" and it has a much tighter weave than the standard PET, and is
infinitely easier to work with.
I'm going to start this post with a thank you to this makeshift tool I made with my rotary tool and a cut off disc. It started out as out an old flat head screw driver bit. This little bugger made sleeving the 6, 8 and 24 pin cables a breeze:
As I mentioned, I sleeved just about
everything. Broad shots first:
Lotsa sleeve:
24 pin:
SATA data and power:
Fan Control:
Fan leads, sleeved
all the way:
And, as a parting shot... The ugly:
That last bit of mess will be tamed at a later date.
