Well, I got impatient.
I decided to install the quad nozzle and brass mounting plate. I didn't install the BIX 360 though.
Results you ask? Quad nozzle dropped the temps 3C across all 4 cores. Needless to say, that was the best $5 I've spent in a long time. AND to put the icing on the cake, the brass plate doesn't bend AT ALL! Much better than the stock plate. Once again I would like to thank Naf for his hard work on this bracket, it is truly a work of art.
