Good evening
Here I am for another update!
Day 15 - Corrections were made!
Well, today I got quite a bit of work done, according to my experience and time available lol
Began placing the Epoxy on the fan holes, and worked on the I/O panel and top window!

Preparing the epoxy!

The epoxy placed on the fan holes, I followed Repos advice in placing something under the frame, although the epoxy is a bit thick but none the less it was not thick enough to place without it sliding off. Still not finished though...

While waiting for the epoxy to cure, although it got unmoldable few minutes after placing, but says on the box to leave it around 48h, I began working on the outter shell, cutting the I/O panel.

Bottom... aaand CUT!

Top... CUT!

After seeing the file

Nice and smooth... almost...

Same with the bottom shell, clean cut

As I said before, I was going to work on the window. Preparing to cut.

Both sides cut!

Mock up on how it's going to look, don't worry on the right side, the size is correct, but there are few plastic bumps inside that won't let me place it all the way in against the shell, that's why it looks short
Well, that's all for today, tomorrow there's more
Thanks for watching.
Bottom note:
Repo mentioned something I had been missing, indirectly... 4 posts above...
I can't do much as many, and I cant have my 9800GX2s folding 24/7, else power bill will nearly double, but doing 5 hours a day with them is working out nicely, adding my Atom folding as well, and 2 computers at work, working for the cure (A Northwood and an E4400). Since thursday night, over 5000 points are in my account, and I'm considering a dedicated system to fold as well serve as a HTPC to do the job, also going to help out my parents with the excess electricity bill. For now, I'm getting some info, and best hardware to use.

Fold on!
