Greenie-poo - Day 04 - back panel work 01
So after I picked up the remaining ups packages from x-mil, and was reformatting my new 4gb sd card for the camera, the doorbel rang... USPS with the perf-pcs shipment! that means I have everything here

Not a bad haul for a three year old

ok, lets get to work, wanted to get the back panel cuts done so I opened up the psu to use as a guide. after a while of contemplating stuff I went looking for a psu template. I didnt wanna mess this up since I have no extra acrylic here. couldnt find anything so posted on ocn. then of course ocn goes down, so I cant check for replies....

finally, I had wasted enough time and decided to get busy, for better or worse. grabbed an old dead psu with the same back config, and started to make a template from it

blam
wasted all day but it needed to be done. marked off the crucial bits

drilled out pilots in 7/64, then pass thru's for 6-32 with 9/64 by hand (need that drill press soon, this double work is stupidz)

test fit

win

sunday I will blow out the 80 mm with a holesaw, and get busy on other aspects of the case. Today was a lot of work but little progress (I hate when that happens) but I guess I got a psu template out of the deal

As the other individual parts come out for sizing I'll have more pics of the shweetness-poo
anyway, thanks for watching
