Greenie-poo - Day 08 - work work work
yesterday I blasted out the 80mm hole forgetting to mark screw holes while I had center. made up for it using one of the ac ryan grilles. marked the screw holes and drilled them out on the press
next was the screw holes in the bottom panel for the hdd. did the marks by measurements, then test aligned with a spare hdd to confirm
pressed them out
test fit...
win
visited m2h south and the scroll saw. cut out the IO. before filing...
after filing
prepped a test fit
connected some stuff to see that the plug housing cleared the 1/4" acrylic
usb was a shade tight, did some more filing after this pic
rounded off the small green panel that will be inside the case covering the two upper holes in the front. mainly for inner asthetics and to not get nicked when assembling
needed to make the top blowhole, marked off...

blew it out, then realized, AGAIN, forgot to get screw hole marks while I still had center
, back to trusty ac ryan grille. marked them off and pressed them out
measured the feet insert diameter on the new digital caliper
light was fading and I needed to play drums for a bit so I shut it down, mike
pretty much I am left with sanding and polishing, cube bonding, and assembly, I think
I wanted it to be done today but that aint happening, so hopefully by next weekend
