Greenie-poo - Day 12 (parts of day 11)
Day11: Wanted to test if I could roundover the inside of a circle cutout using my cheapo dremel router table thing, so I set up a piece of scrap balck 1/4" acrylic, and prepared to put a 3" holesaw thru it

Day11: Removed the fence from the routing table and installed the 1/8" roundover bit (which has a guide built onto it)

Day11: As you can see it was pretty much "set sail for fail". I am not dure if there were notched imperfections or what (probably were since I didnt tape both sides) but suffice it to say I didnt bother investigating, and I surely scrapped the idea of attempting this on the real panels. Greenie-poo with look just as teh-sex without rounded-over fan holes

Day11: My little "sanding station" I have been living here since day10

got chemtrails?

anyway...
Day12: Today I wanted to test if the sanding I was doing was adequate (dremel stone to remove saw marks, wod 220, wod 400) or if I was going to have to go 600 and/or higher also. Since everything was already up to wod 400, I tested on the little vent in the bottom panel.

It looked pretty good to me, so I decided to do another test on a straight edge. I sanded it with 220, 400, then on part of it I added some 600 sanding. After that sanding but before rouging there wasnt really any noticeable difference. After the rouging there was no noticeable difference either so I began rouging some panels

top (hole and long edges only, short edges are hidden when assembled)

small green insert panel that will be backlit from inside to make green upper circles on front panel
