Ramsey, that two-part epoxy paint is really strong, but the part where it might fail on you is color consistency. Plus factor in this crappy weather we are getting up here with the cold/hot dry/wet crap & it might just be easier for you to farm it out

I have already spoken with CD about it. Not a bad price for 30 pieces. Although the Epoxy spray paint is a winner in my book. It looks pretty decent, but I couldn't get a good pic of it. I do, however, have some update pics to show ya. I had to go down to the hardware store to find some hinges that would work. Just so happened I found some that work perfectly. I don't have SS 1/4 x 20 round heads here that would work, so i just stuck some uglies in it for now. Luckily, we do have a Fastenall here in town, and their prices are dirty cheap. I bought a hundred SS Flat tops for 15 cents apiece. They are 65 cents apiece at the hardware store!! So I will pickup some more on Monday.
Lid is Win:

I'm only using 2 hinges. I bought 4, but it looked goofy. 2 hold it just fine:

It doesn't sit fully square yet, as the missing plates for the case are in the mail:

I decided to raise the bottom bar up to allow for cable pass thru from the PSU, instead of milling the bar:

I am going to mill this part, however (It's a must):

This is about the best pic of the Epoxy painted plates I could get. You can kind of see the shine in the chamfers. I am pleased enough with it. Much better and harder than Enamel:

Thanks for watching
