Update 3-13-09
I can now call the frame stage completed. I have all the joining plates attached and I am proud to say the whole thing is square. (hooray!) Here are some update pics. Tomorrow night after work will be dismantle time....Got to get the plates ready for their black powder. I will take the front panel over there when I get done drilling holes in it....
I cut apart another industrial air compressor filter and got some more modder's mesh (Freebie!):
