These pics aren't so pretty, but they do show progress at least.
I got the pump mount sorted. I had a feeling this was going to take me the longest, so I decided to knock it out first.
Here's where its going to sit:
The bottom is "hard" mounted to the pump tray via a BP pass-through fitting and a male to male adapter.
The visible side underneath:
The entire tray is mounted through grommeted holes, so while rigidly mounted to the tray, the tray itself is vibration isolated. I hope that does the trick.
On the back side, the motor housing is supported by a semi circular notch I cut out of the tray itself, and lined with silicon rubber edge molding:
There's just enough clearance from the side panel for the wires:
As it turned out, I didn't have quite enough room for the compression to compression connection from res to pump, even with the mods to the reservoir bezel(s).
The disconnect fitting in these pics isn't quite going to work (obviously), but I have it there to show you how the alignment with the res turned out:
I'm going to have to order a couple more fittings to get just the right spacing, but the two are definitely going to be hard plumbed in the end.

EDIT: Don't try this with the bay res's. I've since discovered that the coupled res is murder to bleed properly.
There won't be a ton of airflow up there, but really all the fan on the pump tray needs to do is keep the area from going stagnant and generally push drive heat toward the venting in the rear of the case over the PSU.
I don't want to finalize the res mounting until I can properly plumb the connection to the pump, but I've got plenty of other stuff to do in the mean time whilst waiting for (yet another) order from PPC's.
At least the orders are getting significantly smaller.
