Greenie-poo - Day 16 - side panel work, rouging continues
before I marked thru the anchors into the side panels for their screw holes, I took this perspective shot to show the case, even tho its not a cute lil itx box, its fairly compact. also the shaved anchor cube is under the mobo, it cleared the rail and the mobo solder stuff

after that I slapped on the fron panel and tried to insert the window side panel, but it was a bit long front to back, so it needed some shaving. this ended up eating an hour, as I had to shave, sand, test fit, wash, rinse, repeat a few times until it was right.

finally fit it in

marked the mobo side with a drill bit, drilled out holes on press

ready to over-bore...

finally got all screws to mount

needed to do same thing on window side

after scoring, marking, drilling, ove-boring, test test test, got it to fit

at 5pm I played the drums for an hour, then came back and started some rouging, those are the psu support rails

then grabbed the back panel and rouged the psu opening and the back fan opening

stopped there for the evening. this week I can get the rouging done each night after work, since its quick, easy, and quiet

By next friday I want to have this poo done
thanks for watching
