Day 19 - Let the preparations for painting begin!
So, like the title says, today I began preparing the case to be painted, majorly the top panel. I also while sanding and such covered the 3rd fan hole with the epoxy.
Here's the 3rd and last fan hole that I have to fix.
Covered up.
Alright, while the epoxy was drying up, this was going to be all sanded. woot...
After some time, this is the result, it got pretty nice and smooth with a 320Grit paper.
After that, I dediced to cover up some imperfections on the surface, starting with the XBOX logo.
Done.
Then I moved onto covering some imperfections through out the cover.

Damn, my fingers hurt from sanding that cover, especially on the "front" and back that aren't straight surfaces.
I'm having a small dillema here though, I'm trying to figure out a way to drill the exaust fan hole on the plastic cover... Issue is, half of the hole is on the top cover and the other half on the bottom.
