Greenie-poo - Day 19 -psu support rails
got the bottom and back panels, the psu, and two small support rails that needed to be welded to the bottom of the case. de-papered the areas

joined the back and bottom panels, and mounted the psu in place

lined up the support rails and then did slight tack-welds to get them firmly positioned. this pic is right before first tacking started

after tacking set for about 15 mins I removed the back panel and psu, and did full welds along both rails inside and out (slightly more heavily inside, since any bleed will be hidden under the psu) Here's a few pics...

anyway, that paves the way to de-paper all of the insides, clean with Novus 1, and assemble the box. The next step is to get the electrical squared away for the feet led's and ccfls which I will do tomr. Then I can get everything installed and begin loading up Windows 7 Beta. My goal is to have this puppy humming along by friday evening 7pm. Wish me luck
cheers and thanks for watching
