Here's a little progress report. All of this stuff is hidden when the case is assembled, so I figured I'd snap some shots while its going back together.

The rad section plumbing exits the false floor here:



The drain line can be accessed through this hole. It nests along side the rad:





And up top, the pump and reservoir. The area is much less congested with the aquatube:





Added a cable management cut to the tray, and you can see the one inch D plug that's used to elevate the res above the pump:



Its a nice honest bend from res to pump. I hope it works better than the dual bay "solution" I had earlier:



I'm going to cart this thing outside now and see if I can get some decent shots of the fully assembled rad bits with the trim panels all installed.
