Thank you LiquidForce. I honestly have no idea how long it took me. Hours. A lot of them. Practically every cable has been lengthened or shortened as well, so toss a lot of time spent soldering in there as well.

I have another update of sorts. I decided to put a little stress on the system, and see how well the radiators would hold up. I loaded up the overclocked profile for the GPU, and fired up F@H. Then I fired up Prime, and let the whole thing simmer for about 2.5 hours:

Processor temps held up nicely, and so did water temps:

I think I have some comfortable headroom there.

While that was going on, I got busy on some cable management. Here's a bunch of shots, some stuff done this afternoon, some stuff I'd already done.

Low profile power for the HD's: (the raptors aren't going to be used, I just had them in there for a test fit on the wires)

8 pin mobo line that I had lengthened so I could bottom mount the PSU. I didn't feel like shortening it again, so I tucked it here:

Extended extension for the mobo headers:

The plate I mentioned earlier to help corral the 24 pin and the GPU power. It's mounted on lian li standoffs screwed into unused mobo holes, and bolted in with M3 socket heads:

(can't really see it in these shots, but its cut from a scrap of 2mm thick brushed lian li)

All in all, it's starting to come together. Here's a broad shot with me photoshopping up this post in the background:

All I have left is the fan leads, and the 4 pin molex power to the fan controllers.

I did have one mishap. The temp sensor in the mobo tray was interfering with the cable management cover plate I made, so I decided to pull it out. I managed to bend the tray in the process:

I'm pretty sure I can hammer it out, but it's not going to happen any time soon. I don't feel like tearing everything out of there. I might try some edge molding. That would probably cover it up.

Getting there...
