Tech Bench - Day 05 - ergonomic cm cutouts
tried out the dremel upcut bit on some scrap. it vibrated a lot and wasnt too accurate, line-wise

next I tried out the dremel jigsaw attachment. cut like butter but was totally blind cut due to the shape of the attachment. there was no way to cut and see the blade at the same time

then I tested with a new for-metal disk. cut like butter and was totally visible, only drawback was easy to bind and make a mistake

after a short debate with self I decided on dremel disk. marked off the lines on both sides

first groove

one side done

after flipping and cutting second side

after this pic I filed down the interior cuts, its looking shweet (pics next time)

used a 1/4" drill bit to do some scoring, so when the tape is off and parts are in paint I know which side is down, and back, etc

marked off for the feet holes

i think the panels are ready for primer. Ill deep think it over while I sleep and see if I forgot any cutouts
thanks for watching
