got the case assembled to score off the L-brackets

went up to the hw store and got some stuff, including these L -brackets. scored off the 16 holes

prepped to drill out the holes

16 holes later I needed to extend the cm holes foward due to a mismeasurement previously (mock mobo vs rig mobo) scored off the lines

clamped

after boring the 1" holes...

cut both sides with a dremel, and filed the cuts. not too bad methinks

acrylic cutting time. measured off the the first cut

what a mess, the acrylic dust covered the mdf dust lol

fruits of labor

assmebled the box

theres the L-brackets. made the box immensely stronger (note to self)

test fitted the acrylic panels...

tested router settings on some scrap

routed roundover on the top acrylic panel

needed some cubes to make hinges for the lid/top. same setup as during greenie-poo

jumped around and broke stuff including my x-father-in-law's jaw
just kidding

cube anti-spin clamp

blam

and your granny

sanded te front edges with the orbital

prepped for the mix (including respirator mask, gloves, goggles)

slapped some slop on some cardboard (havent used this stuff since Intelli build)

caked some stuff into the bad areas along the front, then used the plastic card to sheen/flatten the areas

next session I will sand it out, and the rest of the edges, then, after drilling holes for lid, its prime time
