It's up again!(that's what she said)

I handled the sandy paper some on the cabinet today. The sidepanels were already sanded by Mr.Keeton so I just wiped them with a dust(tack?)cloth, removed the pins and neoprene and masked the glue area.

A start:

Those sidepanels are so hot man. They look so crafted.

Things started to pick up so I had to give the cam a rest for a while. Lots to do at the same time when shooting paint.

The wet result:

The lacquer is still wet here so it evens out a bit when dried. I took a peek just before I left and it soaks up pretty good. Anyway, this is pretty much the finish I'm aiming for dry. Also, the wood reflects BEAUTIFULLY now. I'm posting a vid on that when the cabinet is finished. I got a boner just from watching the sidepanels. I'm scared of what can happen when the whole shabang is ready.

Tomorrow I'll be shooting the enclosure. That should be a good way to spend a sunday. Stay tuned!
