Hi all I've just given up on a tr-sli 570 build, I just didn't realise all the bother, trouble locating the correct parts and not to mention the expense invloved, so I've settled with x2 Gigabyte n570's factory oc on a Sabertooth 990fx board in a HAF 932 case.
Firstly for more than 2 cards you need a proper case (another £150) that supports more than 3 cards, I would have had to cut away apart of my lower HAF case to make room for the 3rd, then the Sabertooth 990fx MB, if you have 3 cards they aren't evenly spaced out, so I ordered a specialist Sli 3 way bridge and they sent the wrong part (Advance Tec).
Then you also need at least an 1100w PSU (£200) Proper Sli Bridge (£25) if they send the correct item ofc.
It's just too much hassle!
Then there's the fact many games don't even support Sli, let alone 3 or 4 way!
Why do people even bother???
Your opinions welcome.
