Graphics and Displays / NVIDIA GPU [Flagship]

Nvidia’s GTX 680 is its single fastest GPU, and (depending who you ask, who’s doing the binning and overclocking, and the state of the drivers at the moment) maybe the fastest consumer GPU on the market. Which factory-overclocked GTX 680 is the fairest of all? By a wide margin, OCN prefers the MSI Lightning for its unlocked voltages.

MSI GTX680 Lightning

"Voting for the MSI Lightning on this one, it's OC potential is unmatched."

EVGA GTX 680 Classified

"Going to give this one to EVGA. Can't beat their RMA support and a lifetime warranty is always going to win in my books."

ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II

"I'm voting for the Asus as it's a little faster than the Lightning, and it's slightly quieter than the Lightning as well in the review I read on it."

The Asus is faster than the Lightning? What's he smoking? XD
hd 7970 ghz edition anyone? hello? that beast smokes any gtx 680 right off the bat
Strong bias sensed. Everyone knows with latest drivers the 7970 smokes the 680 with 3GB Vram and 384 bit memory bus.

Wait I just noticed "Community Choice" of course with 90% of OCN using Nvidia cards yeah I can see that. (exaggeration)
And no AMD Value? Fail.
lame!! my 7870 2gb o.c edition can spank the socks off a 680 gtx.. this just aint right lol some of our users are money rig fans aye?
Strange that not a single 7970 is mentioned i'm not saying the 680 shouldn't be number one but lets be honest they trade blows and the 7970 OCs further should've been a close race between Gold and Silver between the both.
^I agree, though the 680 I a better card than the 7970, Tom's Hardware still recommended it over the 680 this year in their annual graphics card review. "We really liked the 7970 this year it gives you the same performance as the 680, so unless you have a real big thing for power usage, then the 680 is just not worth the extra money. " Of course I am paraphrasing but you can look it up for yourself if you do not believe me. (And I am not an AMD fanboy, I have 2 GTX 670's and I am planning on buying another one soon.)
