Dark Veil
Dark Veil
The earth children cry for the lonely man
When they look through the windows
The dark veil that surrounds this man
Gives you a slight chill of fear
That runs down your line of sight
The children of the earth shut their windows, then run and hide.
Because the man looks pierce a gaze, through you heart, soul and eyes.
White silvery hair that spikes down, above the void less eyes
But flows down the back of his spine
With a face half full of scars
Still makes you gaze in curiosity
Wondering what longs and stands in the tormented soul
The armor he wears just clanks and clacks with each step he makes
The sword rotating and swirling in ludicrous ways
With a switch (or twitch) of his hand it slashes someone to pieces twenty different ways
He moves onward to complete his dream (task)
And finds his peace in another time and his serenity in another land
The earth children think and dwell
On how this man can depart from their world
Until one little girl, faces her fear of the death of the world
Asking small questions “why do you stay here?”
The man cries from his very soul with an unhumanely moan
Piercing all of the humans ears with a blistering tone
The girl see’s this and gives him some love
The lonely man’s veil is now lifted and he begins to cry out mysterious and foreign words
He soon there after disappears into the heart of the world
Leaving the chill and fear in every heart and soul of the world
