Hard Drive Vs Solid State Drive

I was looking at the Seagate Barracuda XT 3.5" Hard Drives and the OCZ Colossal LT SATA II 3.5" Solid State Drive. They both had pretty good reviews so I didn't know which one to get. I only need about 2TB of memory (4x512GB). Which one would be better?
