Help Me Remove K9 Filter Im Using Windows Xp

Guys i hope you all could help me with my problem, i cant get rid of k9 filter, i cant watch videos or anything, plsss all, reply anyone if you have an information regarding my problem, (note i am not admin of the computer that im using)
