Need Help First Time Overclocking

I'm trying overclock my cpu from 2.33ghz to 2.8to 3.0ghz.So my fsb is 1333 i tryed 7x1370 and little volt the NB and my pc act it's going to boot up window but it dont.any help be nice. i build this rig to learn how to overclock.tyvm
