Need Help With Overclocking

I got a Intel e2140 o.c. to 3ghz with 1.3v. I want to get to 3.2ghz. I got a cheap asus heatsink dont know the brand.

what should/could i change to get more performance out of this cpu? I know some basics about overclocking but in my motherboard there are a lot of settings P5QL Pro (p43 chipset)

Last time i changed the fsb to 400 so i get 3.2ghz with 1.32v. my windows started but in the middle of loading windows it just turned off and my windows broke .....
