Q6600 Go Amp Abit Fp In9 Sli Oc

Has anyone got any settings for overclocking a Q6600 SLACR CPU & a Fata1ty FP-IN9 mobo. I've managed 2.7 linked with the ram running at 900 by just altering the FSB, but I'm having trouble getting above this. Ideally I'd like to get around the 3G mark but I can't get 100% stabillity.
