If you went small form factor, a nice mini-dtx board with two pcie slots for crossfire/sli would take all the sff business. All of the mini-itx cases on the market support mini-dtx motherboards but there are none available at this time. Plus, the sff gaming market is always waiting on decent motherboards. The only high performance z68 itx motherboard on the market is the zotac one and it has lots of problems. So the perfect motherboard would be a high performance mini-dtx (the mini-itx limit of 1 pcie slot is too conservative).

Otherwise, I want a matx motherboard with 4 pcie slots that can do 4x4x4x4. With IvyBridge's pcie 3 the 4x4x4x4 would be equivalent to 8x8x8x8 and I want tri-fire plus phyx on the matx form factor.

I would be just as happy if it were am3+, fm2, or x79 as long as it has the four pcie slots.
