Waiting Around Like A Dog On The Porch

So I've been sitting here for the past week waiting for my tax return to finally start my dream system. Granted it's not my "ideal" dream system, it's my "practical" dream system. Makes sense, right. What I'm looking for is something that I can begin to build upon. I'm pretty sure I've maxed out my current LGA-775 paperweight to the limit. Anything more now is really just a waste of money. Let me know what you think and if you have any advice!
