Default somthing weird with my heatsink

somthing odd is going on with my heatsink. when i installed it i had to use some diff screws that i had becaus the ones that came with it were to long for my mobo bracket. when i installed my new psu and my 7900gtx i noticed that the heatsink wiggles a little bit. my idle temps also seem to have raised but loads still seem to be around the same. any thoughts or ides?

Are we talking a slight give wiggle, or are we talking we have space between the CPU and the Heatsink?
