if i have two 80mm fans in front, one 80mm on top, one 80mm on side infront of heatsink, and one 120mm fan in back, which way should each fan be blowing?? in, out??? thanks

This is the "normal" setup for most.
Front Fans: In Side Fans: In Top Fans: Out Rear Fans: Out Not all system combinations like this setup so sometimes experimentation is called for. The idea is to have a smooth flow of cool air going past the hot spots in your case. It depends alot on the shap and orientation of the case to how the fans should be but in general.
2 X 80 @ front are intake 1 X 80 @ side are intake 1 X 80 @ Top are Outtake 1X 120 @ Back as outtake
