Ok , I was all set to go water until I checked out the air section here late yesterday afternoon. I read a few articles and decided that for my 1st overclock I might as well do air. Maybe when I do my new rig build later this year ill try the water.

I Figured that with some fancy ductwork , a smattering of ram heatsinks on the cooler and a high rpm noisy arsed fan id do ok.
