Default Opinion on my KINGWIN TD-9225C?

I see many people touting Zalman's etc, other than noise is my 4200RPM 80CFM Kingwin a good choice with my 775/531 Prescott 3.0Ghz? Even with Q-Fan on it runs a much better and quieter 2900-3200RPM and at load with 2 Prime 95's and OC'ed to 3.8Ghz/257*15 I get no more than 49-54C Load temps and anywhere from 39-43C at idle, is this pretty good for a Prescott? With it at max 4200RPM and no Q-fan it'll idle temp near 30C and load of 43-46C tops, all with ambient room temp of 20C-25CF.

If on max load your running 54*c, then your fine, that's a good temperature to be at for a prescott, you would be fine to 65* if you really had to. Unless you plan to overclock higher then your heatsinks fine but to answer your first question, yes, some larger and higher performing heatsinks will give you lower temps with less noise, but at the moment your fine
